How to find River’s Nest

Please note that there are two villages called Llangynog in Powys and we'd hate for you to go to the wrong one. To differentiate some Sat Nav's show our village as "Llangynog (Oswestry)".

For directions to Llangynog please enter your starting details and then press Go.
Entering the village from the Oswestry direction
Having passed the Llangynog Sign on the edge of the village you will come to a river bridge with a converted chapel on the left.
Turn left just before the bridge. After about 25metres you will see the car park signposted Private Car Park Glen Pennant on the right.
Rivers Nest is the 2nd lodge on the bottom level - Number 2.
Entering the village from the Bala direction
Go through the village of Llangynog, passing the New Inn pub on your left . As you go out of the village you will come to a river bridge with a converted chapel on the right.
Immediately after the bridge turn right. After about 25 metres you will see the car park signposted Private Car Park Glen Pennant on the right.
Rivers Nest is the 2nd lodge on the bottom level - Number 2.
