One of nine lodges in a select location, quietly situated at the head of the River Tanat, this superb cedar wood lodge offers stunning riverside scenery surrounded by the Berwyn Mountains at the end of the Tanat valley, in the peaceful village of Llangynog.
River’s Nest offers luxury accommodation re-fitted in 2009 to the highest standard for couples or the individual (sorry no pets or children, and strictly no smoking). This glass fronted lodge with patio doors provides magnificent riverside views and doors lead directly onto decked terrace area over the river with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also another patio/garden area surrounded by Welsh slate.
The lodge comprises of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including washer/dryer, fridge with small freezer. The lounge/diner has double leather sofa, pouffe and dining table with two chairs. To keep you in touch with the outside world it also has a TV, DVD player, CD Radio and iPod docking station with speakers land line and free WiFi. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with the highest quality Egyptian bed linen whilst the bathroom comes with WC, shower, hand basin, socket for shaver and soft fluffy towels.
